Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship all over the world. Shipping is more expensive outside of the United States. Please be aware you may be required to pay additional duty/custom fees depending what country you are ordering from outside of the US. If you have any questions please get in touch with your local customs office. We are not responsible for any customs fees from your local post office.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to go out depending on the seasons/holidays. We are run by one person customizing all the orders so please be patient as we work as fast as we can!
Can I track my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order number. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email as well.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
If something needs to be changed in your order (ex. color/size/quote) you have 24 hours after the order is placed to change it. Any time after that it will be in the process of being made and can not be changed.
What is your return or exchange policy?
We do not accept returns because each product is custom made for the individual. If there is an issue with your order please get in touch with us @ email@example.com within a week of receiving your order and we will do the best we can to make sure you are satisfied with your product.
